The refrigeration compressor is the most important equipment in the refrigeration device, which is usually called the main engine in the refrigeration device. The improvement of refrigerant vapor from low pressure to high pressure and the continuous flow and transportation of vapor are all accomplished by the work of refrigeration compressor, that is to say, the function of refrigeration compressor is 1. Draw refrigerant vapor from the evaporator to ensure a certain evaporation pressure in the evaporator. 2. Increase the pressure, compress the refrigerant vapor of low pressure and low temperature into superheated vapor of high pressure and high temperature, to create the condition of condensation at a higher temperature (such as about 35 ℃ in summer). 3. Deliver and push the refrigerant to flow in the system to complete the refrigeration cycle.
Condense the high-pressure refrigerant stream from the compressor into liquid. In the process of condensation, the heat released by the refrigerant steam is taken away by other media. According to different types of cooling medium, condenser can be divided into four types, and its functions are as follows:
(1) Water-cooled: in this type of condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is taken away by the cooling water. Cooling water can be used once or recycled. According to different structure types, a water-cooled condenser can be divided into vertical shell and tube type, horizontal shell and tube type and sleeve type.
(2) Air-cooled (also known as cold room air cooler): in this type of condenser, the heat released by refrigerant is taken away by air. The air can be natural convection or forced flow by fan. This kind of condenser is used for freon refrigeration device in the place where water supply is inconvenient or difficult.
(3) Water air cooling type: in this type of condenser, the refrigerant is cooled by water and air at the same time, but it mainly depends on the evaporation of cooling water on the surface of the heat transfer tube. A large amount of heat is absorbed from one side of the refrigerant as the latent heat of water vaporization. The role of air is mainly to accelerate the evaporation of water and bring water vapor away. Therefore, the water consumption of this kind of condenser is very small, and it is the preferred type of condenser for areas with dry air, low water quality, low water temperature, and insufficient water. This kind of condenser can be divided into evaporation type and drenching type according to its different structure.
(4) Evaporation condensation type: in this type of condenser, the refrigerant on the other side of the heat transfer wall is cooled by the cold effect (heat absorbed by evaporation) generated by the evaporation of the refrigerant in another refrigeration system, to make the latter condense and liquefy.
