In addition, acid disinfectants can be used for cold storage. The bactericidal effect of acid disinfectants is mainly to coagulate the protein in bacteria. Common disinfectants include lactic acid, peroxy caproic acid, bleaching powder, formalin, etc.
Maintenance of cold storage
1. After the cold storage is installed or stopped for a long time, it shall be used again. The cooling rate shall be reasonable: it is better to control it at 8-10 ℃ every day, and it shall be kept at 0 ℃ for a period of time.
2. During the maintenance of the cold room panel, pay attention to the collision and scratch of hard objects on the storage body. Because it can cause depression and corrosion of the storehouse board, it will seriously reduce the local thermal insulation performance of the storehouse.
3. For the maintenance of the sealed parts of the cold storage, as the assembled cold storage is made up of several heat preservation boards, there are certain gaps between the boards. During the construction, these gaps will be sealed with sealant to prevent air and moisture from entering. So in the use of some parts of the seal failure timely repair.
4. For the ground maintenance of cold storage, generally, the ground of small assembly type cold storage uses heat preservation board. When using cold storage, a large amount of ice and water should be prevented from being stored on the ground. If there is ice, it is not allowed to use hard objects to knock during cleaning to damage the ground.
