How to layout the cold room refrigeration equipment in the freezer?
Frozen food cold storage room is used to store frozen food. Due to the long storage time, the room temperature is required to be - 18 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation is not more than ± 1 ℃, and the humidity is kept at about 90%. Generally, the cooling equipment adopts the top row pipe and the wall row pipe and requires the natural convection circulation of the air in the warehouse. Generally, it is arranged and installed in the following way.
(1) The distance between the centerline of the upper pipe and the flat top is required for the pipe jacking arrangement. The smooth pipe is not less than 250mm, and the fin pipe is not less than 300mm. The top layer of single-layer and multi-layer cold storage can layout the pipe jacking, and the warehouse outside the top layer of multi-layer cold storage can layout the pipe jacking, which can also be concentrated on the walkway.
(2) The wall pipe shall be arranged on the side close to the outer wall and higher from the ground. The distance between the centerline of the wall pipe and the wall shall be no less than 150 mm for the smooth pipe and no less than 200 mm for the fin pipe.
Whether the top and wall pipes are arranged at the same time depends on the cooling area. But when the top and wall pipes are arranged at the same time, pay special attention to the problem of liquid supply. Generally, the top and wall drain pipes supply liquid respectively.
The cooling area of the exhaust pipe and the circulation of the indoor air in the freezing room have a great influence on the dry consumption of the articles. The higher the air circulation in the storehouse, the higher the dry consumption of food. The lower the temperature in the storehouse, the lower the dry consumption of food.
