Cold room refrigeration equipment refers to the equipment mainly used for crew's food refrigeration, all kinds of cargo refrigeration and cabin air conditioning in summer. It is mainly composed of compressor, expansion valve, evaporator, condenser, accessories, and pipeline. According to the working principle, it can be divided into compression refrigeration equipment, absorption refrigeration equipment, steam jet refrigeration equipment, heat pump refrigeration equipment and electric heating refrigeration equipment.
1. Evaporator is one of the four important parts of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensed liquid exchanges heat with the outside air through the evaporator, vaporizes and absorbs heat to achieve the refrigeration effect.
The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat needed for the evaporation of the liquid, which makes the liquid boil and vaporize; the evaporation chamber makes the gas-liquid two phases completely separate.
2. Condensing unit for cold room, a part of the refrigeration system, is a kind of heat exchanger. It can convert gas or steam into liquid, and transfer the heat in the pipe to the air near the pipe in a quick way. The working process of the condenser is exothermic, so the condenser temperature is high.
3. The expansion valve is an important part of the refrigeration system, which is generally installed between the reservoir and the evaporator. The expansion valve makes the liquid refrigerant of medium-temperature and high pressure become the wet steam of low temperature and low pressure through its throttling, and then the refrigerant absorbs the heat in the evaporator to achieve the refrigeration effect. The expansion valve controls the valve flow through the superheat change at the end of the evaporator to prevent the insufficient utilization of the evaporator area and the knocking phenomenon.
4. Compressor is a kind of driven fluid machinery that can lift low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas, and it is the heart of the refrigeration system. It sucks the refrigerant gas of low temperature and pressure from the suction pipe. After the piston is driven by the motor to compress it, the refrigerant gas of high temperature and pressure is discharged to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle.
