Do you know the function of different cold room refrigeration equipment. Following are detail introduction of compressor, expansion valve and evaporator:
1. Function of the refrigeration compressor: (1) Draw refrigerant vapor from the evaporator to ensure a certain evaporation pressure in the evaporator. (2) Increase the pressure, compress the refrigerant vapor of low pressure and low temperature into superheated vapor of high pressure and high temperature, to create the condition of condensation at a higher temperature (such as about 35 ℃ in summer). (3) Deliver and push the refrigerant to flow in the system to complete the refrigeration cycle.
2. Function of expansion valve: expansion valve plays the role of throttling and depressurizing. When the high-pressure refrigerant liquid condensed by the condenser passes through the throttle valve, the pressure drops due to obstruction, leading to the vaporization of part of the refrigerant liquid. At the same time, it absorbs the latent heat of vaporization, and its temperature decreases accordingly, becoming the wet steam of low temperature and low pressure, and then entering the evaporator.
3. Function of evaporator: the low-temperature condensed "liquid" body exchanges heat with the outside air through the evaporator, and "gas" absorbs heat to achieve the refrigeration effect. The evaporator is mainly composed of a heating chamber and evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat needed for the evaporation of the liquid, which makes the liquid boil and vaporize; the evaporation chamber makes the gas-liquid two phases completely separate. The steam produced in the heating chamber has a large amount of liquid foam. When it reaches the evaporation chamber in a large space, the liquid can be separated from the steam by the function of self-condensation or demister. Usually, the demister is located on the top of the evaporation chamber.
